How do you ensure the freshness of the donuts during delivery?

All our donuts are baked fresh every morning. We use specialized, food-grade airtight packaging and temperature-controlled delivery partners to ensure they arrive at your door tasting just as soft and delicious as they do in-store.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes! During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date and time slot. This is perfect for birthdays, office parties, and special events. We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for large occasions.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free donut options?

We currently offer a selection of vegan-friendly donuts. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that all our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you provide catering for large corporate events or weddings?

How should I store my donuts if I'm not eating them right away?

For the best experience, donuts should be consumed on the day of delivery. If you have leftovers, store them in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container. We do not recommend refrigeration as it can cause the dough to dry out.
